Hi duders after hearing Brad's advice I bought Letterpress and it's a pretty rad little mobile game. I love the quick fire play and that you can have as many or as few games going at once. I also played a bit of Temple Run and very found it very addictive, until I stopped playing and now I really don't want to play it. Now I'm after some more good mobile/tablet games I'm using Android on a nexus 7 / htc desire s.

Have any of you got any good suggestions for some quick play mobile games?

I've considered this before but am about to start working after university which means honestly I would have to play this and only this for a year of my life. I'm not sure if I'm that dedicated to the cause...

Just beat this now and I'm pleased to say that the story holds up right to the end of the game. Really good characters and a solid conclusion to the game along with a strong final boss and a couple of good if fairly obvious plot twists. Fantastic soundtrack for the last couple of bosses to!

I'm gonna bet a tenner that Phantom Pain does not come out as Phantom paint. You guys think this is next gen or not?

Also however this turns out you have to love Kojima. The man makes irreverence an art form.

From what I've played, as someone who has been playing Baldur's Gate since they were 10, this seems like a rock solid version. Honestly I bought it mainly to support the resurgence of the genre but I've found Neera to be an interesting character and just got the monk in my party. The zoom function is nice and I've found only a single bug in that my cursor disappeared when I tried to equip armour (this was easily fixed by turning off Hardware Cursor in the graphics menu). Honestly the best version of this game is probably the Baldur's Gate trilogy mod which has most of these features and makes all of the series a single game, but I want more 2d greatness so I paid the money.

Bottom line is it's a good starting point if you have never played the series before, and with thaco you just subtract it from 20 to get the bonus to your hit rolls right? That's what I've assumed for the last 11 odd years any way...
