Not sure who edited this episode but given all the RE2 talk I feel like ya'll missed out on a really obvious pull for the closing soundbite.

These lists ain't half bad. I'm never sure which one to give more credence to but it seems to even out more or less in the upper echelon. I still don't own a Switch because while it is accumulating a hefty variety of games I'm just not in a rush to play anything that I can't or haven't played elsewhere. So I've gotten to chapter 6 of RDR2 recently and god help me I think I agree with Dan Ryckert about this game. It was still one of my favorites of last year but boy does the mission design take the wind out of my sails. The games on here I haven't played but want to are Mutant Year: Zero, Battletech, and Obra Dinn. Games I need to get back to are PoE2, Kiwami 2, and Bloodstained.

What I'll say about the general state of games in 2018 is that a lot of the "good enough"s were undeniably great. If you just look in the AAA space with stuff like GoW, RDR2, MH:W AC:Od, M'sS-M, none of the game play design in these is particularly innovative or mind blowing but the overall presentation and the general breadth of content are enough to sort of push them to new heights for their given IP regardless. Meanwhile in the shadow realm of triple I, indie games were kind of killing it but were perhaps lacking a deeper depth in some of the aesthetic and structural departments. Like for as much as I like something like Dead Cells I don't rate it as highly as most people because what that game lacks most for me is flavor. Anyhow good job community.

This was great and everyone did a great job. Alex and Vinny are the best. Austin's an absolute star. Jeff Bakalar is a gift. Felt sorry for Abby because this is the kind of group that makes a lot of references that go over her head but she nailed it as per usual. It's never a bad idea to have someone as experienced with improv and RPGs as she clearly is. Thanks and keep up the great work.

In my head Mars Nobody is a galaxy shaped like a humanoid who shape-shifts into various rapidly evolving species within the contents of his cosmic body. Genuinely loved the arc of Hard Markinson's tale culminating at the mecha singles' bar. Dr. Aass might be the most aggro doctor character I've heard of in these kinds of space procedural TV shows but I suppose he got the job done. Lincoln Ghost is never not a class act.

FAAKing bullshit. The Botchamania videos were a big proponent of getting me back into pro wrestling several years back. Curse this man for that but also bless his heart for all the incredible videos the years. It's nice to know that his love of games is alive and well considering how much it influenced some of his stuff.

A friendly lesson on simple hands-free whistling. At least the way I learned it. @brad pay attention too.

- With your jaw lowered about midway open, take the tip of your tongue and lightly press it into the back of your bottom front teeth.

- Purse your lips maintaining the posture of your tongue in its current position.

- Lightly blow adjusting your lips, jaw, and/or rest of tongue as needed.

- For higher pitches keep your tongue tip near the top of your bottom front teeth, conversely for lower pitches move the tip lower but still centered inside your mouth.

Count me in thinking Sailor Jupiter was the best. Before she even turns into a Sailor Scout she's beating up grown men and gorilla pressing freaking monsters. Having said that I might say Sailor Mars has the best shoes.

PS1 games I still want to see ranked: Psychic Force, VS, Rise of Robots, Ehrgeiz, Tobal No.1, Destrega.

Halloween is, a festival at night.

Instead of one day of candy you get Six CRAZY Frights.

To all the duders out there, who think VR is lame.

Here's a video of Abby, showing off a gaaaaaaaame.

I think I liked this more than maybe any of the Mario Party Party videos. Might have something to do with not being 4 freaking hours. Felt like there were way more good vibes even with Alex and Jeff trying to grump things up at times. This video was excellent at showing me the appeal of this game even as someone who has no intention of ever playing it. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Might be my fave episode in a good long while. A lot of great comedic bits which forced me to stifle my laughter during work. Loved having the OG Beastcast crew (aka best Beastcrew) plus Abby, which somehow makes it the new best Beastcrew. I'm a fan of what Austin's got going on at Waypoint (as well as FatT) though I don't have nearly enough time to go through more of their content, heck I barely have enough time to watch GB stuff these days. I didn't know about this Spider-Verse movie coming though I have read some of that run of comics and liked things about its styyyyyyyle. Could be pretty good especially since it seems to be ditching stupid Morlun as the main antagonist. Thanks as always and keep up the great work.

Thanks for the video! This was great. Much props to Abby for doing this since it's clearly stressing her out in a big way. She's got a future on the Death Metal scene. :D
