The thing is, the premise is so promising. Finally Debra knows, this person that has known him his whole life and fully trusts him. What does she do to the person she loves (the whole incest but its NOT REALLY INCEST storyline is kind of weird)?
I hate having high hopes for the episodes, because they really had a chance to push the series forward with the end of Season 4 and failed miserably, I can't say I won't be disappointed again.
It was the first legitimately good episode since the last episode of Season 4. Season 5 was total total trash, and the actor that played Lumen was terrible. If you know people watching this show from the beginning, tell them to SKIP THAT SEASON. THEY DON'T NEED IT. Season 6 was EH, it was watchable but really nothing special, a bit silly.
I hope they keep the quality up for this, it'd be great if they did, because it feels like the first significant story change for Dexter once again...since Season 4.
In New York City, the sidewalks are filled with people, and the roads tend to be wide enough to allow for a cyclist. I do live in Brooklyn not Manhattan so it's not as crazy.
Want to hear complaints? I fucking hate when idiots open their car doors without checking their mirrors first. I hate when people double park in such a way that I have to swerve to the left to get around them.
I hate when the cars don't put on their turn signals and you can only see they're turning at the last second.
Also, the roads tend to be a LOT smoother. My arguments obviously vary from place to place, but if i were to ride on the sidewalk even if it was LEGAL, it'd be bumpy and full of people.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO RIDE ON THE SIDEWALK WITH A BIKE. It's either we ride on the road/bike path or we stop riding bikes, and nobody is going to stop for your impatient asses.
Once again, since so many people don't understand, it is ILLEGAL to RIDE A BIKE on the SIDEWALK. It does not matter if you disagree with it, take that up with the government, not with cyclists.
* I should note that this is me speaking for the law in the USA (New York City at the minimum).
Surprised at so many people saying they find it annoying having bikes on the pavement. It's annoying having them on the road when theres a perfectly good path right there with nobody on it.
By all means go on the road if the path is packed with people but I've never understood why they should be on the road. If a bike hits a person on path they might get a bit of a bruse but lets face it unless you're riding like a maniac you're more than likely able to stop. If i go to overtake a bike on the road and misjudge it or he swerves there could be a serious accident.
Alright i admit I'm clutching at straws a bit it's just fucking annoying having them in the way. There i said it.
It is illegal for bikes to ride on sidewalks/paths that are meant for pedestrian use. Bikes are allowed on roads (not highways) and bike paths. Boardwalks and parks vary on the times you're allowed. You're being silly and whiny by complaining that you can't stay out of the way of a cyclist that is taking up almost no space. Just drive normally.
Cyclists are not allowed to be on the sidewalk. You need to take the bike path or be on the side of the road as "practically possible". That means you don't have to be smooshed against the parked cars, and you should have enough space to avoid being hit by someone opening their door.
However, if you're "wobbly", find a park and ride around more. It might be the bike though, it could be old and not tuned.
Be brave on the road, cars will avoid you if you CLAIM YOUR LANE. Cyclists have every right to the roads in the USA (other than highways) as cars do. That also means you have to follow the laws cars do as well. Good luck!
This thing is outdated right out of the water. Really Nintendo? Six years and all you could do is manage to have hardware slightly better in some areas versus the PS3 and Xbox 360? The 360 is 7 years old!
I'm not saying it should be CUTTING EDGE, because it is a mass market PC basically and needs to be cheap, but that is unacceptable. It's the Wii all over again, gimmicks to distract from a poorer gaming experience.
can you imagine how activision would have come out of this looking? someone must have finally slapped some sense into Bobby Kotick and said "look, no one is ever going to buy an activision product again if we go to trial."
How would a trial do anything to stop people from buying COD?
