Did that didn't work. guess ill return it and hope its the system

I bought a Xbox one S last week came with digital copy of Rare replay. I have slow internet so it took 2 days to download. I go and launch it, shows launch picture, goes to black and back to the screen I was on when launch. I put in a disk game Halo 5, it disk installs and I go launch it same thing. If I send the system back and get a new one will it fix it?

There is no error messages. I can't find this problem on Xbox site and asked Xbox support on twitter they just link me to disk error page which was no help. Googling it I get old post saying multiple things from DRM to over heating.

Every online room I have been in does nothing

vents are on the sides right? it was on a folding table laying down with nothing around it.

When I woke it up to turn it off it was downloading a patch still (slow internet) would that keep it on? I did unplug it and 30 mins later it was room temp.

I got a new ps4 slim and had it on stand by most of the day. I woke it up and turn it off so I can move it. It has been 3 hours since I turned it off and it's hot to the touch still. Is this normal and if so why?

If there is a patch (PS4), how big is it? I have slow internet and will be working late, wondering if I will get to play at all tomorrow night.

Hope the Hackers/Emulation group come up with a way to play P.T for the people who never played it like myself.
