I don't have a WLAN adapter, so no. Also, we don't have the LAN (or what would be a LAN) up anymore, but thanks guys.

But how, since it worked last time? And this router has been un-used since then.

Updating is no good.. and I don't thinks it's a Vista problem, as the XP machine gets the black screen too.

Hm, but why would the screen just go black in Vegas, I doubt that has to do with port forwarding =/

Both are 32.bit. All firewalls are off. And we don't have internet connected to that router (it doesn't work and i don't really care).  We also tried PC-to-PC without router and that didn't work either.

So, we just tried Zero Hour and that was the same problem as before, though now AoE 2 works, which it didn't before.

Vegas 2 doesn't work either.

Hm I can't port forward as I do not have the PW for the router, and my dad, who put the PW, isn't home.

And those Xp to Vista links didn't really seem to be the same problem.

But still, it did work last time... I switched one cable, just to be sure (I'm 100% sure that mine is right, not his though) and we're gonna try it out in a minute.
