@Matt: If you're willing to give something new (really really old actually, but still around and updating), I'd give Medievia a try. It's a text-based MMO with a great community.
Everyone that has demoed the game has really enjoyed it. I dig the art style and the way you get xp for doing things besides killing fools. I just hope there's sniping...
" Just because that's the name doesn't mean that's where it takes place...... "
Just because Morrowind was called Morrowind doesn't mean it takes place there. Just becauseOblivion is called Oblivion doesn't mean you go there. Right? "
Oblivion didn't take place in Oblivion, you just visited. "
Read that again. Also internet fights are cool so I'm gonna stop right here, okay? "
Just sayin, if I made that bet I would hold out on paying until they gave more information than one word. "
I don't believe it's an Elder Scrolls game. It could be a Bejeweled clone. Just because it says Elder Scrolls in the title doesn't mean it's actually an Elder Scrolls game. >:(
@Qbix89: Well, the whole idea is that with each game they use the core melody and change then change the style to make the theme for the game. The main themes for Morrowind and Oblivion sounded very similar also.
@Gargantuan: Yeah, if a bandit has full glass armor, why the hell are they robbing me?
@WinterSnowblind: Well, dragons have been around forever, but it really does seem like everyone's been putting them into their games recently. I mean, you have Oblivion, Cataclysm, Guild Wars 2, Dragon Age I and II. Tell me if I'm missing any.
Yeah, I'd really like more diverse environments. I got really tired of walking through the forest really fast. I don't care too much about the main story line, since there's usually so much other shite to do that you can play the game till you're tired and not touch the main story line. But yeah, those Obsidian dudes sure can write some good stuff. I wish both Bioware and Bethesda would just outsource story and quest duties to Obsidian.
