Here is what I want/expect at E3 2010

Nintendo: Zelda, Zelda, Zelda, Zelda!   I don’t care about no 3DS and Mario is out and Metroid is already a known quantity.   I am excited about the new Legend of Zelda because there have had four years to work on it and it has been built for the Wii from the ground up.   (Oh yeah, and it will not be M)

Microsoft: Fable, Halo, Gears…boring. (Actually very exciting, but old news)   What I want is Todd Howard to come out and announce Elder Scrolls V.   It makes sense, it has been two years since his last game and Obsidian is making the next Fallout game.   The only lame part is that there will probably be some  “exclusive” DLC.

Sony:   The new games for the big franchises are already out there, same as Microsoft.    Will anyone be surprised when they show the title card for Uncharted 3: Flynn's Revenge?   I want two surprise announcements out of this press conference: Atlus announces  Persona 5  on the PS3 and PSP emulation comes to PS3 (I’d pay money for a lot of those games, just not for the system)

Two words... Fuck Flynn. 
 
I think its a bit early for more than a trailer or even anything from the Uncharted franchise. I want to see Reach, GeOW3, Last Gaurdian, and Agent.

I would love to see Uncharted 3. Cant wait for the Valve thing and hope (but highly unlikely) for Timesplitters 4. Man would that be awesome.

Would be cool to hear that, but I doubt they will. I would imagine from a business perspective that is just as good as admitting the PSP is a dead deal and destroying any sales they might get from customers who already have a PS3.

If P5 is announced as a PS3 exclusive it'll be the last straw and I'll finally buy a PS3. I've been wanting one more and more. Too many good exclusives to ignore at this point.

Me too, but I'd really only buy a PS3 because of Persona 5.
 
But, sadly, I don't think a P5 announcement will happen at E3.  Maybe TGS, but not E3.

Also exited for the Valve thing (although it will have to be fucking spectacular now to make up for the cock tease that was the Portal 2 ARG). I would also love Timesplitters 4 to be announced, but it's probably a good thing that it'll never happen, for then I won't have to be off work due to an aneurysm.
