Best Game of the Year So Far: 2010 edition, Round 1

It is July and half the year is behind us.   2010 has been frontloaded with quality titles.   So I ask the Giant Bomb community this:   Which is the best game of 2010 so far?

Since I did not want to list every game I only included games that fit two specific criteria on this poll.   The game would have to receive an average score of 90% or above on GamerRankings.com or receive five stars from Giant Bomb.  

I know this really limits the field, but that was the idea.    Two of my favorites, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Heavy Rain missed the mark by less than a point.   But I wanted this poll to be focused.

[Note:   if no game receives more than half the votes I will run a second round with the top two vote getters]

As for me I’m Monkeygb21 and Mass Effect 2 is my favorite game on the Citadel.

PS- Does anyone see any of the games from the second half of the year surpassing these for the overall GOTY?   Halo: Reach? Fable III? Medal of Honor?    I don’t rally see the end of the year being better than the first half

Here is what I want:   wins with either an win or a tie in which the yanks come out ahead on goal differential.  

No mater who wins Group D it will be a tough round of 16.

Kinect will move more systems and sell more in the USA but Move will sell better worldwide.
