Games I Beat

Pretty much what it says, as complete a list of games I've beaten that I can make.

I was a tad disappointed by DS2. I didn't feel it had the same intensity of the first, I think they threw too many enemies at you in effort to build tension, but at most it illicits more of a feeling of helplessness. I'm all for a difficult game, but it's better when that comes from smarter AI than sheer volume of enemies.

3. LittleBigPlanet 2

I was highly anticipating this game. The first was a top 5 game of this gen for me...for a while. This was the first, and only, collectors edition I ever ordered. The game ended up being too easy and all over the place, and the collector's edition was underwhelming.

4. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

I was enjoying this game, until the last few chapters...where the game just went to hell in a handbag. And the actual ending was very meh. They're gonna have to do alot to make the ending into something that I'll like.

5. Singularity

I was highly surprised by this game. So much so that I had to beat it on both the PS3 and 360. Love the concept, the story, the gameplay, the ending, top 3 game from 2010.

6. Red Dead Redemption

One of the most over rated games I've ever seen. How can it get so much GOTY attention when so many people agree that once you get to Mexico, it's a chore to bring yourself to play, just a big grind. And I wasn't nearly as impressed by the ending as so many were.

7. God of War III

Not a fan of the GOW series, but I've platinumed all 3. They're worth playing, but I don't find them all that spectacular. I didn't even think it looked as great as everyone was saying.

8. Heavy Rain

I loved the game, except for one very big thing that pissed me off more than any other game that I have ever played. Just complete BS, but the endings were great.

9. Mass Effect 2

Simply my favorite game of all time. (except the Arrival DLC). It's everything a great game needs. Great story, great characters, great gameplay, great graphics. I'm currently working on my third playthrough, and waiting on the PSN store to come back up to platinum it.
