Wow... Agreed. Just awful. I remember my room mate rented the first one, before I got a chance to sit and check it out he had put the game back in its case preparing for the trek back to Blockbuster. And I'm about to do the same with the sequel.

I make a point of seeing most of the tolerable video game movies at some point.  But I think I'll be catching Max Payne in theaters, as it does look somewhat promising.

As for the demons, we can only hope the writers didn't change the premise of Max Payne just to make it different from the game storyline (which they seem to do often with these sort of conversions).

Will most likely play both as one of my room mates is a hard core Fallout fan.

But I'll be personally just picking up Gears 2.

Damn it all... By the time I get on a solid connection the game will be out.  Oh well, I'm sure I can read some impressions around the forums.

WoW will no doubt be beaten by the very company that created it.  When Blizzard releases a new MMO a majority of WoW players will no doubt skip over to the other side of the road for a new experience from the same trusted developer.

As for Age of Conan, I own it and have been playing if for a month and a half now.  But I have to say, the game is all right, and considering most of my buddies still play WoW I'll probably head back over to that camp.

Currently just playing Okami on the Wii. Left my Xbox 360 with a friend (so GTA IV and Ninja Gaiden 2 are out), and my PC still hasn't been hooked up (still playing Crysis).

I'm more of a console gamer then a PC gamer.  But I know why PC gaming is worth keeping around.  For me my PC is for Valve and Blizzard games.  I can play pretty much any game from those two companies without having to shell out $800 for the newest graphics card in order to play a $60 game.

I'll always enjoy console gaming over PC gaming, but there will always be a time and a place to play a game ONLY on a PC.

I think Microsoft has gone away from just providing patches for original Xbox software in favor of just continuing to release original Xbox games as full downloads.

This way they do a little more work and make $10 dollars off each person who want to play their old favs again.
