It doesn't really invoke the Nolan batman, but I love the style. Great job!

Looks awesome dude, though it does look like Batman Beyond.  Not a bad thing though.

If I had to add anything, maybe the bat signal in the middle area of the silhouette. You know not perfectly straight on,  kinda skewed against what I assume is a sky scene. What with the helicopter being present. Also modify the pre-made asset or create one from scratch using this as a guide. Drop in AI and make a new layer etc. Otherwise it's nice idea, and not bad execution.

That does look really cool, but like others have said, it does look more like the Beyond version of Batman.
