You can if they're not region locked. I believe the Ghost Busters' American release wasn't region locked, but I don't see any reason Atlus would want to release a game without a region lock, when they hold the rights to publish the game in Europe themselves. We'll just have to wait, as usual.

Keep in mind, assault rifles not included, almost no two guns have access to the same attachments.
