Where are people seeing all the other perspectives? I watched vinny's perspective after it was uploaded to the site yesterday and would have loved to do some picture in picture magic with the other people's screens too.

When someone else is doing an alternate stream it'll be in a chat with their name on in. So specifically in this case with Minecraft, Jeff was in www.giantbomb.com/Jeff and Abby was in www.giantbomb.com/Abby.

She doesn't have nearly the same accent but yeah I agree with Brad the Council lady sounds a lot like Janice Polito from System Shock 2 at times. I looked that lady up and she doesn't seem to have done anything videogame related after SS2 and Thief 2 so it seems unlikely.
Yeah man Jeff talks about it but there is something really bizarre going on with the damage Jeff is doing. Go compare this to the 2015 UPF. Jeff is 3-1 levels below what he was in that video and yet has more health and is also doing legitimately like 20 times the amount of damage. He should not be taking out those large floating bugs by himself in half a second.
@toxicantidote: Keep in mind these are the same people who wouldn't let outlets put the opening into the footage, the same opening that they themselves publicly released like 2 weeks ago.
