For me, it certainly has to be the Dynasty Warriors series. It's the same game reiterated year after year, but me and my friends would play co-op for hours on end. Another bad game I love is Postal 2. Fundamentally very flawed, but overall, its just a silly and fun experience where you never know what's going to happen next.
The game I play that no one knows about is World of Warcraft. Its a struggling MMORPG that quietly released a few years back. Very few know about it, and even fewer play. :P But all joking aside, one game that I never see people bring up is The Warriors, released for PS2 and Xbox a few years back. Amazing beat-em-up with tons of stuff to do. Great co-op play. Not as low key as other games people have brought up, but sort of forgotten over the years.
I think America is one of the greatest countries in the world because almost anybody can come here and make something of themselves regardless of their past. Granted, the US is in pretty deep water with the deficit and with the amount of people getting over here illegally, but I think one day, things can be good again.
I went on a Carl's Jr./Hardees run a while back with a friend of mine, and he got the Kentucky Bourbon burger for free, to "try out." The smell of it made me want to vomit. He said it was one of the nastiest burgers he's ever eaten. Then again, this was a some time before the commercials and promotion came for it, so it could have been different from the burger's current iteration, but either way, doesn't really appeal to me.
I look at all of the content put up by a game, and then I read a lot of reviews when it comes out. I can usually tell from previews and such when a game is gonna be good, or underwhelming. I don't let review scores alone taint my view of a game, because I've played plenty of games that people slam as being bad, and have like them. Likewise, I've played plenty of games that people hail as being the best evar, and see them as terrible games (examples: Halo 2, and Call of Duty 4).
Total War series is definitely the best PC RTS series imo. The biggest and best battles of any game I've ever played. The tactics of it make perfect sense (spear + horse=certain death). You also get a good turn-based game on top the amazing battles. Truly a dynamo.
"Charlie, listen to me, I'm gonna tell you some pretty heavy stuff, but you can't react because the kid's there. Strangle the kid, and burn down the house." So wrong, yet so awesome. Likewise, I think my favorite moments are just the ones with Nanako. It is truly sad to see how she has to completely rely on herself when she's only in 1st grade. A close runner-up to these moments would be the ones with Dojima. Jeff and Vinny trying to make Dojima seem like a drunk uncle is freaking hysterical.
The list had some pretty good picks, but a lot more duds than goodies. I mean, Oblivion is good and all, BUT #6????? no way in hell. Likewise, WoW IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE THE BEST PC GAME OF ALL TIME. WHAT THE F*CK!?!?!?!?!?!? It's more of a tutorial on how to right-click than anything.
