Honestly, using Daemon Tools illegally is wrong no matter what the purpose is even if you lost the game. But I like Daemon Tools better...

Deus Ex, man I can't think of anything that comes close...I didn't really like system shock 2 that much

As long as there is still backwards compatibility for DX10 card, I don't really see how this is a big deal
