And even without the lore, how could you think she was Master Chief's mother? Master Chief is the 117th spartan. There's no way she has that many kids.

@mlarrabee: Spartans never had to be engineered from birth. They were kidnapped as children because they were more impressionable and easy to brainwash. The augmentation process itself took only a few months.
