So I have been shopping for parts for a few months to build a gaming PC (I will also be doing a bit of streaming and work from it). My overall goal was to spend about $1,000 (USD) and get a VERY good deal on all my parts then go biggish for the graphics card. Here is where I am at.
Case - Corsair Carbide 270R.
Motherboard - MSI Z270 SLI PLUS.
CPU - i5 7600k.
Cooler - Corsair H100i v2.
RAM - T-Force Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (I had this laying around).
PSU - ORSAIR CS-M Series CS750M 750W.
SSD - Kingston A400 2.5" 240GB.
All in all right now I have only spent $600 of my $1,000 budget (and that includes buying windows). So now what. 1070? 1080? If one of those, what version? Something else entirely?
I have two monitors I will be using with this. A 28" 4k ASUS monitor and a 27" 1080 BenQ.
Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
