Every video on HD is just unplayable Constant stop/start. High videos work fine. My actual speed on any other speedtests is 60Mbps.

Premium is cheap enough, and I like the crew, but it's basically a donation at this point since the only content I can view is the free stuff on YouTube.

I hate to say it, but this is exactly how I'm feeling. I've been premium since day one, but I feel like I'm being sold a bill of goods here as far as my premium features go. Content is obvs the no1 reason to subscribe, but when my access to it is just compromised.... It doesn't feel great.

UK user here. Over the last 2 weeks streaming has been a total stutter-fest. I have 60Mbps. Youtube/Netflix etc is fine always. GiantBomb however never downloads at more than around 10Mbps in short bursts and frequently doesn't stream at all.

This is using the HTML5 player. For non premium content I've resorted to streaming the same video from youtube with no problems.

I was disappointed to not see the below implemented yet, but o the reddit Mac forum someone posted a javascript snippet. If you make a bookmark with this as the URL (call it PIP or something)

javascript:document.querySelector(%22video%22).webkitSetPresentationMode(%22picture-in-picture%22);

Then GiantBomb videos will play in PiP. I'm so happy I can enjoy the site how I want to. It even seems to support resume.

@wcarle: Ah, I thought as it wasn't mentioned in the 'known issues' it was a no-go. I will love you forever if this comes back.

Subscriber since day 1. Utterly disappointed at the lack of PiP support in OSX Sierra after mentioning it in the Beta.

Looks like it's not going to be resolved as well?

So, I found out about this and thought I'd give it a try. Works fine until I try and sign in.

I go to www.giantbomb.com/plex and get my code, put it into PLEX under the channel settings of the GiantBomb app and then it seems to break the stream. The only topic I get is 'latest' and zero items. Any advice? Anyone seen this before?

@jslack: ah cool. No worries. Yep it's definitely my mini iPad that has the issue. iPhone is fine. For now I'm clicking the down.oad link which will then play full screen and give control.

Emptying cache etc does nothing.

@donpixel: only seems to be affecting iPad mini on 8.3 reboot doesn't fix it. Six plus is fine. How frustrating.

Would appear since I upgraded my iPhone and iPad to 8.3 tonight that video controls for 8.3 have gone. (Full screen/rewind-fast forward/pause).

Videos just play in a window with no controls and that's it.
