So, this game´s styled like Disgaea, but maybe not THAT insane with the systems on top of systems inside of systems? Seems like it could be interesting.
Sometimes I like an adventure that leads me along a bit. I mean, I LOVE me some Dark Souls where nothing is explained, but sometimes it´s nice to just do some lighthearted, silly adventuring with some ridiculous characters.
I´ll comment on my own post just to state that I don´t really know that I understand where to post general musings. This isn´t off topic enough, maybe? I´ve had people getting riled up about my posting in the wrong place before. Hope that doesn´t happen again. Anyway, off to get some hot chocolate or something, Norway´s getting cold, and it won´t let up for the better part of five months.
I´me not really too interested in what´s coming out on the full retail game front at the moment. Guess that´s at least a financial blessing. This coincides with work being really busy this time of year, and the weird, and kind of cool thing about it is that I gravitate towards roguelikes when this happens. Playing FTL some, because that´s a good game to play in bursts, and the Binding of Isaac, because it´s just super weird. Also, I´m eagerly anticipating (MARKETING PHRASE!!!) the Dark Souls DLC, which I´m sure will be great!
@coribald: Dude, that could go either way! Alex is cool. He´s my favorite writer on the site, and if he´s a bit jittery on podcasts/on camera, hey, that´s alright. His handling of microphone wires and stuff leaves something to be desired, though.
