Wow, I guess I should have suspected with it being a follow-on Square music game, but all of those note charts / result screens look IDENTICAL to the screens in the Final Fantasy Thetarhythm games. I'm now strangely interested in this given how much I loved those games.

EDIT: Though now having watched the video, this appears a lot more barebones and not nearly as good. The Thetarhythm games were jam-packed with different modes, progression stuff, weird RPG party/ability combo ideas, and tons of songs from a dozen+ games. The main rhythm mode in this looks not great and most of the unlocks were just glorified concept art from the games.

I checked and this was also done by indieszero who did the Theatrhythm games. I suspected that much seeing the Theatrhythm-looking versions of the characters in the loading screens during the video. It sucks they didn't just call it Theatrhythm Kingdom Hearts and make it look/play just like those since the Theatrhythm FF games' playfields were many times easier to read than this since they were 2D based.

@shabadoo22: Seeing EBA and Ouendan represented as spirits made me more sad than anything since nobody has done any games like that since Ouendan 2 or that fan made Osu! game (Theatrhythm Final Fantasy came close in terms of gameplay).

I haven't played a regular Pokemon game since the first DS ones (Diamond and Pearl, I think?) and didn't even finish it. But, this actually looks kinda cool.

Even though I still haven't watched the first couple Hitman videos, I wanna say that this is one of my favorite video series of the site. I really hope that you guys can find a way to keep this going once season two comes out since Dan will be on the east coast by then, because seeing/hearing you guys bust up in laughter at how crazy/dumb/silly this game can get makes me want to buy it and see the stuff you guys missed (as well as master every map).

Even though I already use emulators between my PC and Raspberry Pi for my retro gaming, this looks way cooler than I expected (especially since the video quality is actually good compared to the Wii U NES Virtual Console). Like Dan and Jeff, I can definitely see this appealing to people who probably haven't played video games since they were kids and want to relive their childhood, and maybe even show their kids the games they used to play.

Also, what's wrong with using Luigi in SMB2? He's my go-to character whenever I play any version of it.

Maybe it's because I like going down weird YouTube rabbit holes every so often, but I actually enjoyed the pepper spray/Infinite Warfare segment a lot.

Like most, if not every, Giant Bomb TV intro, the Family Matters intro is insanely good. It's funny that was posted a few days before someone else posted that equally amazing Family Matters/Luke Cage intro.

(This is pretty spoiler free, so don't be afraid to watch it if you haven't watched/finished Luke Cage)

I watched them play Playroom VR live, and I'm happy Jason or whoever decides on the thumbnail chose this... Also, while I didn't watch the entire livestream, Playroom VR legitimately looked like one of the best games in PSVR's launch lineup maybe with Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes as a close second even though I don't think that game needed a VR version (although I do give the devs props for taking advantage of giving the people outside of PSVR something to do while not cheating).

I was driving when listening to yesterday's Bombcast, so I wasn't paying full attention, but is this the game Twitter's second most famous Will Smith was talking about playing? If so, this looks pretty awesome, and I also hope that it eventually hits PC/Steam.

Man, Mark's face looking straight at the camera is nightmare fuel... Thank goodness we didn't have to see that in the game itself.

Also, there is a 2 hour video of someone actually connecting to the online part of the Shenmue Passport. The video was recorded and uploaded back in '12 (at least according to someone in the comments who claims to be the person that recorded it), so it looks like Sega kept that stuff up for a good while assuming it finally got shut down.

Edit: Between the thumbnail and manually skipping through it, it looks like some data was eventually lost. I'm actually curious about what was there if those screens didn't show the "required data cannot be retrieved at this time" error.
