Life is Strange as a Playdate makes a lot of sense, and COOA being a 1-shot feature makes a lot of sense as well! I just think that if you put it to a community vote, the majority of the votes are gonna be for narrative games that people want to see Let's Plays (or however you want to call them) of. So maybe you just have to state as a ground rule that any game voted for COOA only gets 1 episode of 2-ish hours? I'm not sure.

Yeah, I don't see this as having any major impact, unfortunately. The system already benefits the big companies and will continue to do so because don't no one wanna piss off a major company to stand up for the little guys and girls.

It was pretty much perfect I have to say, one of the best narrative elements of the game. I thought initially the retcon was an attempt to appease the people who thought her treatment in GZ was poorly done, but just to bring her back seemed a lazy way to address that to me. Despite that I felt relieved that she was back, but also really sad that she was stuck in an internal time loop. When the reveal happened I was simultaneously really sad that she really was gone forever, relieved that it wasn't a retcon, and pleasantly surprised at how deftly the moment was handled. The tape you get is a little more heavy-handed, but it was still a really nice way to close off Paz's story and another way for the Phantom Pain theme to shine through. It especially makes sense that the Medic would feel guilty about missing a bomb.

But yeah, no one give a EFF about Chico ;( His death is only mentioned in passing, once. That was weird to me.

You're probably out of Golden Crescent. That's what happened to me. You need quite a bit of it to deploy with high rank tranq weapons, 32 for 5 star ones I believe. For that reason I tend to now only use either the tranq pistol OR tranq sniper, not both, and I tend to go for the 4* silent tranq sniper I have because it's more than good enough.

Bravo, OP, bravo. Never in a million years could I have connected the dots like that. There's still a ton left unclear to me though. Notably, I'm still confused as to why Skullface wanted Big Boss dead so badly in GZ. His beef was with Zero, why was he so hellbent on killing John?

Also, if John knowingly worked with Zero on the Phantom project, why didn't they actually work together? Or, if Zero knew Big Boss wanted him dead, why aid him? Shit don't make sense.
