I know and love Monoprice, but it doesn't really answer my question.

That might actually work. The 360 wireless adapter does, and this would save me replacing my existing controllers. I'll check it out, thanks!

Didn't know Microsoft had added Bluetooth! Can I have 3 of them connected to the Link simultaneously? Right now I have two Xbox One controllers, a Steam controller, and an Xbox 360 controller with the wireless dongle. It works great as long as the cables don't fall out, but I would happily ditch everything but the Steam controller and replace them with wireless.

Hi all,

Could anyone please recommend a ~15ft USB cable that will stay secure in the Xbox One controller? I bought a few of these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B007NLLI1E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and they pop out way too easily. This is for my Steam Link, so they need to be long enough to reach from the TV to the couch. Thank you!

I don't really want to wait until summer, so I'll probably go with the 970. I can always Ebay it in 6 months if the new stuff is that much better. Thanks, everyone!

Does it matter which specific brand I get? EVGA, MSI, etc?

Hey everyone,

I built a pretty good PC based in large part on advice from here, about three years ago. It's doing great but I think it's about time for an upgrade. I think a new video card would be best, but what do you think? Budget isn't a big concern, I'll spend up to a few hundred bucks.

Processor: Intel i5-3570K 3.4ghz

RAM: 16GB

Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670

And an SSD, which remains the single greatest thing I've ever put into any computer.

If I do upgrade the video card, what's the current sweet spot? I don't need the absolute latest and greatest.

Thanks!

Just got my first iPad! It's a Mini 2 Retina. What are the best iPad only games? I have played a lot of iPhone and universal games already, so I'm looking for the iPad only stuff, or at least stuff that is a lot better on the big screen. So far I've grabbed The Room and Hearthstone.

Board games are definitely fair game if they are great implementations. I found this article http://www.macworld.co.uk/feature/iosapps/21-best-ipad-board-games-christmas-3417561/ and will probably be trying most of them!

2012?! You'll enjoy listening to the podcasts more than beating those games. If you were that into playing the games you would have by now.
