I forgot exactly what he is credited for, but it is at 3d Realms. Also, Jeremy Soule.. he's the composer who wrote the fantastic music for the Elder Scrolls games (including Skyrim) as well as Icewind Dale, Kotor and Gears of War i think.

Instead of a joke aimed at the concept of looking for different types of keys, I wished they actually had them in the game. It would have made the whole thing feel even more old-school. I remember hunting for keys in DOOM, Duke, Quake, Hexen etc. and I miss the cool level designs they came up to accommodate this. Everything is too linear nowadays.

Eurogamer reviews are usually pretty bad anyway.
