Last night I found a SEVA suit in Yantar that totally rocks. Ain't no fire, lightening or radiation that's gonna kill me.  I love how there were many spots that I could not get past in the early stages of the game that are now going to be accessible to me... it's an awesome Metroid style of game design that keeps me coming back for more and more. Add in my multiple Endurance artifacts and I can now run non-stop forever through the zombie wastelands. Take THAT Pseudodog!

I'd love to go back and get it, but I'm stuck in Red Forest. I'm trying to go back to the Bar to fix my Duty Armor before I head into Pripyat, but there are 2 goddamn Controllers and a pack of dogs camping the load point. I think I'm going to need to cheat to get past this.

1. I'm not sure if you play Vanilla STALKER, I use the mod Oblivion Lost so I can just go to any major trader and repair my stuff, but it costs a fortune. I highly suggest you get OL if you can be arsed starting a new game.

2. I think I already have the SEVA suit. Pretty sure that's the reward for doing the early Duty mission where you steal from the Freedom base, I might be mistaken.  Also I'm no longer stuck, thank god! I had to download a trainer to disable brain damage, run like mad and use up about 10 health packs. It was tough, but I finally made it after at least 15 attempts.

Either way this game is awesome. I just got the VSS Vintorez and it kicks ass. Perfect accuracy, and it kills Monolith soldiers in 2 to 3 hits anywhere. Ammo is a little scarce though.
