Pretty sure Christmas has some origin in the "saint nicholas" celebration on december the 6th. And due to that celebration's somewhat political incorrectness I wikipedia'd an aspect of it once only to discover part of that myth supposedly might date back to nordic legend before it was ever christian influenced.

But I can pretty much guarantee it wasn't an original creation by the church. Cultures have a tendency to steal days of celebration and relabel them for their own purpose and the church tends to be good at propagandising everything.

No, I got excited when I first noticed minecraft it had incredible potential.

But it wasted it, if you just look at what got added to minecraft recently and compare it to some of the things the mod community have done...

This is just bullshit, I haven't played any moba game whatsoever but seen lol, hon and dota2 replays. Out of those I watched the fewest hon replays because their "realistic" artstyle and lack of decent design makes it incredibly hard to see wth is going on all the time.

I Have no such problems watching dota 2 replays. Quite the contrary I can easily make the distinction between everything going on.

What would be the point of it all then? What's the point of suffering in hell if you have no recollection as to why you're in hell?

Getting ads for the first time too, they seem to be rubbish ads so far but I'm enjoying the occasional switch in language.
