The Outer World soundtrack is really cinematic. It's the first soundtrack from a Western game that really grabbed me. It moving and serene. Long too if you have trouble falling asleep.

More of Abby playing Resident Evil is always entertaining as are the "Clue Crew" Nancy Drew segments. Alex playing the American and European Trucking simulators have been a highlight. The Friday charity streams have replaced UPF for the meantime. What's been in short supply are the shows where multiple people appear on the same stream. The above mentioned as well as the Astroneer Brad and Vinny episodes are good examples of the team recording together. I didn't care too much for GTFO since the game is so dark and it's hard to know what's going on. The solo stuff isn't without merit, though. Brad's Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Jan playing Ape Escape and, of course, anytime Jeff plays old games (older than PSO2) it's entertaining content. I even liked the LEGO builds,

So far, I would say the best things to come out of the lockdown are Video Beastcast and the dual gameplay recordings where we get two versions of the same game experience. I would like to see those stay around after things go back to "normal".

Twist them apart, dip the cookie-only one in peanut butter and consume, dip the cookie-and-frosting one in peanut butter and consume. Thank you Lindsay Lohan.

Looks like it's time for Giant Bomb Con 2020...virtual, of course. Time to dust off those Second Life characters.

Well, I tend to play seriously only on weekends. That doesn't mean I won't dabble with something familiar for a half-hour or so during the course of the week, but I won't commit to a new game or any game that requires my full attention. Generally, after a full day at the office and then family responsibilities, I am mind-spent, so my preferred entertainment is passive even when interactive. The Sims 4, loot shooters like Destiny 2 and action RPG's like Diablo 3 are great when you want to turn your brain off and wind down.

I would say that the biggest change I've noticed is my patience for the unfamiliar and tedium have greatly diminished. When I was younger I would be willing to play through 8 to 20 hours to get to the "good part" of a game. No more as I just don't have the time to waste. Furthermore, I am no longer interested in learning new control schemes and keyboard layouts. If I can't get the hang of the game play in the first 20 minutes chances are I'll get frustrated and that means I probably won't return once I quit out of the experience. I encounter enough frustration during my work week, I don't need to invite more at playtime.

I know a lot of people said Halo 3, but I prefer Halo Reach. I connected more because I was my own Spartan rather than the 'Chief. There are a lot of really great gameplay sequences in that one, too. After Reach, I would say the original Half-Life. I liked it more because everything felt so innovative when I played it for the first time back then. Third is probably System Shock 2. There were some RP elements in it so sometimes I forget it was an FPS.

I honestly look forward to Abby's volgs most these days. They're the most surprising and often good for a laugh.

I played a ton of Threes, but my favorite is probably Tennis in the Face. I mostly play "waiting for the bus" type mobile games; short, pickup and play, stop in the middle style games on my phone.

Small town USA, population as of census 2010 - 54,000. We have two providers in the area but one only services about 70% of the area, the other 30% are limited to the other provider. I am in that 30%.

8 down / .65 up @ around $40.00 per month. Stadia is useless to me. I have a hard enough time streaming GB's live broadcasts without buffering every 30 seconds. Who knows if I have a cap. At these speeds I doubt I could reach it.
