It's a real shame. I must have played about 250hrs of the mod, it was at times the most tense and exciting game I've ever played. To see that there has been no progress with the standalone is annoying but not unexpected. From the start the standalone seemed like it would be a mess, what with the terrible engine choice and with Rocket leaving (as much as I think he's an idiot it can't have helped).

Getting it finished really isn't the point at the moment, just getting it to the level of the mod would be a miracle.

Just finished watching Wrestlemania now (haven't seen Raw). Show seemed like an absolute mess but was still fun to watch. Those "special" segments were terrible.

It seems like there is no situation, however exciting that a "this is awesome" chant can't ruin.

They are both great and both can be massive time sinks. They are quiet different though, I don't know you so I'd say watch some videos. I guess if you're looking for an easy time go Stardew Valley, If you're looking for a challenge go Factorio.

Just to edit. I've put 57 hours into Stardew and only Four into Factorio. That says something but I'm not sure what.

These thing are pretty fun but I hope they don't play this new one week after week on UPF.

I played about 3 -4 four hours with a friend and I'm pretty much done with the game. Nothing really dragged me in, the standard missions are boring as hell and what was on show from the DZ didn't really seem interesting at all. I can see how the DZ could possibly be exciting or intimidating but it doesn't seem very well implemented, pretty uninspiring all in all.

It was almost certainly this although it may have been the Zelda one.
