All my Dreamcast save games, formatted the wrong memory card when trying out "Bleem" (PS1 Emulator for DC). I lost my 100% Soul Calibur save due to my own stupidity!

Street Fighter 2 on C64. Loved the SNES game and did not realize it was just too much for the old 8-bit Commodore.
