This may be one of the most random/awesome/amazing/creative youtube videos I've ever seen. Who thinks of this stuff?

Found this one pretty cool. I've been finding some good youtube videos lately thanks to a couple youtube addicted friends. I'll be sure to post any more good gem's I find.

Steve talks about how Videogames are more popular than PORN!

In our video of the day, the guys at who gave us red vs. blue give us a quick look at the new halo 3 map, Assembly. (very entertaining)

Steve gives you gansta's out there a review of 50 cent: Blood on the Sand and then talks about everything the public knows about EA's new title, Dante's Inferno

That video is actually fake. So is the "Hi-Def Speakers for 1 dollar" with the paper plate and the tin foil and wire, and the hover shoes that Household Hacker all made.

It's okay...I thought It was real at first, too...

But apparently since it takes two something or other for a current to flow you can't get electricity from just sticking a usb cable into the onion. see even when you power an alarm clock with a potatoe it has those two prongs in it.

Don't believe everything you see online... :-\

hrhr ...looks awesome. I am not sure if I wanna risk my USB-cable though ... I guess with all the onion-bits in it, you can't use it again with a USB-Port.
Would be great if you could charge the ipod like that ... an interessting solution for travellers. Just buy a bag of onions ;)

On the other hand, I don't think, as the others pointed out, that you could build up a current ...

The iPod he's using is standing on a box in case you didn't notice, and the USB wires are wrapped around in circles going behind the iPod so you can't actually confirm if it's one continuous wire being used, or two different ones. In this case, the charger that is being plugged in to the iPod's bottom is going under the box, where I assume another person plugs the real charger into a laptop of some sort when given the queue. While a secondary charger is used to be plugged into the onion, even though it's not hooked up to anything.

It's a cool hoax, but it's fake.

I was convinced, but then I noticed it's on a laptop, so probably outside of the camera frame, he's pushes the real charger in like Artie said..
The guy is pretty convincing though.

An onion + electrolytes will produce an electrical current, however, it will be so small that it couldn't charge an ipod. It's a tiny electrical current. You couldn't do anything with it.

Yeah this was fake...I didn't think anyone would be dumb enough to put anything electrical into an onion.  I mean who knows what it could do to ur usb cord.
