Did you like Far Cry 3? Good, then you will LOVE Far Cry 4. 1

When a game comes out which plays a lot like its predecessor, it's easy to say that the sequel is not doing anything new, that it's simply capitalizing on the prequel's popularity. However, it is important to distinguish between this very legitimate complaint and when a game recognizes the faults of its previous incarnation and rectifies them while also building upon what made it good. A year of Playstation 4 has done little to deteriorate this game's substantial quality. 0

I remember the fun gameplay of inFamous, as well as the awesome ending twist; I barely remember playing inFamous 2 at all beyond a boring final boss; so, I hope that in a few years, I'll remember all of inFamous Second Son, from the engaging gameplay, to the terrific characters, to just how damn good the game looks. Tallion, however, is revived in a state neither living nor dead, tied to the spirit of a myst...

On one hand, I really liked Assassin's Creed IV, which is good since Rogue uses it as a template religiously; on the other hand, I achieved 100% sync in IV, which is bad since this meant I'd definitely had my fill of sailing, free-running, assassinating adventures for a while. Rogue simply does not do enough to distinguish itself from its predecessor to be anything other than a mild distraction. In Rogue, you play as Shay Patrick Cormac...
