@kirkdouglas: How can they TRULY say the did it for the nookie without Fred Durst?
@xdeser2: I just wish it wasn't so grindy still. Getting rank 4 star cards and all the guns/attachments for all classes is still a major chore. I also don't like how Capital Assault is limited to the prequel era. Was it really too much work that they couldn't have made it for the other eras?
Like, yes, the hole was for the stand. But...they KNEW when they were making it right? They HAD TO.
@dave_tacitus: lol that edit got reverted almost immediately
Believe it or not, they actually got Michael Buffer to do the announcer voice.
I remember when Ben said that was a sound alike I was thinking "no that's definitely him." Its no Ready 2 Rumble Boxing but the man has done some work in video games.
A beautiful day in Giant Bomb history.
I never thought we'd get a moment where someone mentioned The Sopranos: Road to Respect on a video and yet here we are.
As a non American, here's a serious question: that's not the white house is it? Looked like Congress to me.
Also, quite a bit of screen tearing in blood warrior for me. Looks like a stylish game though.
You are correct. That is the US Capitol Building, where Congress meets.
What the hell, is Douglas just supposed to be Steven Seagal? His portrait looks almost exactly like him, he's dressed like something Steven Seagal would wear in one of his movies and he even sorta fights the same way.
That's EXACTLY what I was thinking when I saw his costume.
@arbitrarywater: Totally, those games were a LOT pervier when he was around. The one thing I miss from his era was the commitment to Japanese VO with subtitles, I remember one of the newer DOA games had English VO and it just felt super weird to me having played the older ones.
