I was thinking more along the lines of -- pointing the artistic direction, symbolism and musical complexion -- or the lack thereof.

Is it all right to change your views on a game, based on certain comments you read after you've finished it?
I mean, are we still analyzing and enjoying the experience at that point - or are we just being influenced by people, that perhaps dissected the thing too much?

I recall that I started hating heavily on Warrior Within after I played it (and liked it), simply because I've heard so many negative comments floating about.

That guy -- for the most part -- always sounded to me like a mainstream appealing, business douche. I recall seeing him on Bonus Round not long ago, and all I wanted to do was slap him repeatedly for what he was spitting out. Also, his shirts show poor taste.

As for the video, they're trying too hard. The first one was kind of funny, doing Bale and all - but a second one with an even higher level of vulgarity stops being as funny *sigh*.

Stop comparing it to Two Worlds, good sirs! They may look similar -- but Piranha generally makes good games. I know some people like Two Worlds, but compared to most other WRPGs - it was bollocks.

At any rate, I'm buying Risen on Friday. Cannot wait!

Risen isn't out yet, but considering October 2nd is right around the corner, I'd recommend that.
The game looks phenomenal.

Otherwise, bleh, get Osmos - lol.
