Ever since Silent Hill 4: The Room, the series has gone downhill in terms of sales and quality. The newer games are boring, not scary and unplayable the second time around but Shattered Memories is an exception. Although the game has no combat involved (which is incredibly stupid) and is very short, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories tells a gripping story and it's packed with good thrills.

When this game first came out, I admit that I didn't pay much attention to it just because Isaac Clarke is not in it and it's an on-rail shooter, which feels like the black sheep of the family. However, when I did get a chance to play it, I was surprised how fun it was. In fact, Dead Space: Extraction is more gripping, more engaging and even scarier than the other Dead Space games. If you own a Wii, do check it out.

Nonsensical fun. That's all there is to it. No More Heroes 2 is a worthy sequel with tighter controls and twice the fun.

My first playthrough was a fun experience but later I became sick and nauseous from its bad camera system and repetitive gameplay. It was like being in a roller coaster ride and after a few seconds of excitement, you started feeling sick and barfed your way out.

I kinda regret giving the game a 4 star rating but whatever the case, Epic Mickey is a unique game. It's like Deus Ex meets American McGee's Alice. Thanks for trying, Warren Spector.
