I studied WW1 a bit in college so i am pseudo-familiar with it.
Anyway, i enjoy the thoughtful discussion.
You might want to look at the comments on this week's Bombcast (maybe last week's?) as someone wrote a post stating that many Europeans view WWI in a similar way that U.S. Citizens view the Civil War. I thought it was a well written post, but can attest to the validity of it.
Yeah, it is a lot more personal for a lot of Europeans than it is for most Americans. A lot of us had family that were involved in the First World War.
I love space stuff but after buying Stellaris I'm wary of getting two in a row because of burnout. I still can't complete Assassins Creed Brotherhood, basically because I'm sick of Assassins Creed.
