I don't hate it or anything, but Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 was a pretty substantial disappointment after the absolute banger that LoS1 was, and especially the original's ending. There were some cool things in that game, but it just never reached its potential.
BvS and Suicide Squad got the exact same kind of tweets. They don't mean anything anymore. And yeah, the DCEU is hurting right now something fierce. I don't really think this is going to be the thing that saves it, though. Honestly, though it looks far more cohesive than the other movies, Wonder Woman looks about twice as boring as any of them.
Hope is bad enough that I've only played the first few chapters of FFXIII, and I still won't argue in his defense. I'm fine with him having emotional issues, but he just seems like he's busy being either useless or passive aggressive towards Snow.
@jonny_anonymous: He did, but in all fairness, he thought they were a bunch of crooks, thieves, and murderers that rolled in and jacked up his brother without remorse. He went after them the same way Dom went after Braga and his crew, or Johnny Tran. Knowing the whole context of who Deckard Shaw is now, I feel like I view his actions in Furious 7 differently. Actually, the whole movie was good about me viewing the plots of F6 and F7 differently. Unifies a few loose threads and makes it feel like it's really going somewhere.
