@sackmanjones: actually capture investigations usually give you a good amount of high level rewards in the end, eventhough you're not killing and taking the monster apart. So don't just write them off

Way too many full and half auto weapons in there. You cant even pick a normal bolt action rifle from the beginning without unlocking...

Kind of disappointed by that.

Wow... This was so underwhelming...

I have never played a MGS game before, but watched every single Metal Gear Scanlon episode over the past year (that's what made me buy MGS V). The game itself was fucking awesome, I got it for PS4 and haven't touched my PC since release. Every free minute I had at home I put into MGS V, the gameplay was great, the missions were fun, everything was cool. Suddenly the credits hit after I killed Sahelanthropus and I was like 'wtf', this can't be over. Luckily it wasn't.

Chapter 2 started. Insted of new missions the old ones were recycled in super lazy ways that did not fit into the story at all. Why would I fight Quiet again. Or the Skull Unit at the airport after extracting Code Talker...

These missions were a total chore to me... I only finished them as long as I didn't see a mission I have not seen before.... It was 5am and I suddenly saw mission 46, I thought "well, this looks interesting, let's do this one, go to bed and keep on going tomorrow". I played through the hospital again and the game was basically over. What?

What happened to Eli and Sahelanthropus? What happened to Quiet? What happened to Huey?

@nictel: if you want to stay back and shoot enemies to death they suck, yes.

but using them to counter enemy attacks makes them huge
