Indeed, it's nice to not have to worry about all that nonsense.  I stayed up late last night keeping an eye on the site, but I was playing MGS4, and trying to get through the Crying Wolf fight without an alarm.  When I woke up this morning, it was a snap to get my name, sign up, and get comfortable in my new home.

It looks like a semi intriguing sort of thing I may use sparingly, but not be overly fond of, honestly.  We'll see, but it's been pushed out of sight so much that it's starting to get out of mind too, know what I mean?

It needs to be said again, I'm absolutely jazzed for Siren: Blood Curse.  It looks great, has fantastic atmosphere, and classic survival horror gameplay.  It's said to have some pretty intense moments, on the level of the Condemned 2 bear chase.  Which is pretty exciting.

That and the level of traffic is ginormous.  I hope things will slow down a bit in the future, and we can get off topic threads in the actually off topic forum, and the gaming discussion can take center stage in here.  But right now, everyone needs to burn off the excess excitement.

I refuse to recognize a backlog as a shame, or a task to be tackled.  That makes gaming feel like work, imo.  Work isn't fun, it's something i do to have the money for gaming. (which is fun) I simply see it as a shelf or two of potential, or rather at this point, an HDD or two full of potential since the bulk of my current gen collection is downloaded.

The approach here seems to be like the GT forums, you can swear, but just not at each other.  It's one thing to say "shit" in a post, it's a whole 'nother thing to say "You're a shithead" in one.  You know what I mean?

If I get it, this.  But only after I upgrade the HDD, my 60GB is running low on space.  These mandatory installs are killer, and SC4 has a beefy one itself, on top of my impending 9GB download of Siren....

I loved the NES games, and Link to the Past.  But Ocarina of Time and every game since that uses that same formula has disappointed me, and I usually lose interest in them a little over half way through.  Wind Waker sure is pretty though.

They will, it's an optional version.  Personally, I kinda like the design and plan to use it.
