Rockstar North.  They are based in Edinburgh.  Only about 2 hours away by train.

Loved playing Timesplitters 2 and Loved Future Perfect's hilarious story mode.  A new Timesplitters could be fun but I'm not into First person shooters as I used to be.  If a new one is made it would have to retain all the craziness and comedy the other ones had.
