List items

  • This game evocates so many good memories that's impossible to dislike. It's the same game that I grew up playing, revamped to be funnier than ever.

  • Good shooting mechanics and 99% broken sword fighting. Deeper than expected campaign, with some awful levels and really good others. [Finished]

  • Favorite game. [Finished]

  • Excellent presentation and awesome beat-em-up sections, highlighting boss-fights. Some surprisely fun customizations and forgetable side-quests and mini-games. [Finished]

  • Once learning how the standard Wii Wheel controls work, it's a quite good racing game, with great selection of cars and sexy nightly presentation.

  • Average first-person-shooter. Campaign ends too premature. Levels and missions are all forgetable. Good controls are primordial when talking about games, it's not a plus. No online support in the japanese Wii version. Strangely, the PSP game have. [Finished]

  • Trully delightful and addictive game. Everything here shines brighter than ever. It's the kind of game that we wish to never end. [Finished]

  • The best experience I've ever had playing video games since I return to it, circa 2008. Superb atmosphere and storytelling, even if sometimes a little too much, sporting one of the most influent contemporary gameplays. [Finished]

  • Probably the most inconsistent plot in the series. Clunk old gameplay, paralleled to the then fresh RE4 way of doing stuff. [Finished]

  • A japanese masterpiece paint turned into a video-game. Combat that mix fighting style with mild RPG elements. Addictive huge sword collection. Gorgeous boss-fights. The most unique game of its generation. [Finished]

  • The aesthetic features of every single detail in this game are unpaired. From the mad and nonsense world lost in it's violent lust and colored only by blood to the brutal philosopher that turns out to be the protagonist. It's worth past the uninspired and quirky mechanics that drives the experience. [Finished]

  • The envisionments of most basic principles of combat are accomplished in the gameplay of this game. It's intuitive, precise and (at its time) totally original. Summed with great level design, beautiful and technical impressive graphical art, vibrant soundtrack and cohesive, satisfactory story, makes this excellent game a fantastic experience. [Finished]

  • A game that captures every single detail that made Metroid such a big franchise. Transporting it to modern aspects of gameplay and storytelling. Colorful worlds that fell lonely and hostile, gripping and chilling atmospheric soundtrack, huge and challenging bossses, rewarding upgrades that make Samus feel the badass she always have been, everything concatenated in a revamped version of the classic Metroidvania progression, and played in such simplistic manner that nowadays sounds utterly original. The engrossing storytelling is told in one of the most cinematic experiences available in video-games. Flawless. [Finished]
