My Hero List

I will be the first admit that my list will contain some anit-heroes but still this my list of heroes I like and think would be awesome if teamed together to save the world.

UPDATE August 31, 2011: I like how a lot of people have had a reason for their teams, such as zombie outbreak or an apocalypse team, so I've decided to add something like that. There for, underneath each of my characters, after my initial comment after why I like the character, I'll add how they would be helpful in a world crisis, which will be set apart by the added title CRISIS ROLE. The crisis: a total outbreak of an evil race that have no love for anyone or anything that is not them. Sounds good, huh? Now, then, let the list continue.

List items

1. Optimus Prime

Prime would be the leader.
CRISIS ROLE: Since I already stated that Prime would be the leader, I'll list why, which coincidentally, he is the same reason he is my favorite: he's always in command, he keeps his cool, and is one tough guy.
2. Batman

I know you would think he would be the leader but even Batman would let Prime lead a team like this. He would be the chief strategist.
CRISIS ROLE: see above.
3. Peter Parker

Every team-up needs Spider-Man.
CRISIS ROLE: This guy takes on all sorts of evil beings.
4. Cole MacGrath

A little hard to get on board the thought of a team but if the crisis was big enough, I think he'd be on board.
CRISIS ROLE: He would be a frontline kind of guy. After all, he commands so much power as it is.
5. Kratos

Definitely not a team player but they would just have to point him in the right direction.
CRISIS ROLE: About the same as Cole. He's stuff and even brought down all of Olympus. What enemy won't he face, is a better question.
6. Cloud Strife

One of the toughest characters ever made and his role in Advent Children was great.
CRISIS ROLE: The speaks softly and carries a HUGE sword(s).
7. Squall Leonhart

Squall has always been one of my all time favorites. And, though moody, he always rises to the occasion when he needs to.
CRISIS ROLE: When it comes to battle, he's just as capable as anyone else and will put himself on the line to win, no matter how hurt he is. See the opening video for Final Fantasy VIII to understand that. I'm just saying... that cut was deep.
8. Lightning

A strong, powerful warrior with the fearlessness of a Green Lantern. She's awesome all around.
CRISIS ROLE: She could be both frontline and covert ops type of person. Of course, what can't Lightning do?
9. Link

A hero since the old NES days.
CRISIS ROLE: He's Link. He'd take on all of the minor villains and any major ones who THOUGHT they could beat him.
10. Dante

He's good and people know it.
CRISIS ROLE: The natural asshole... and best guy to have backing you up. It would be interesting to see how he and Batman would interact.

The ultimate soldier.
CRISIS ROLE: Snake can do it all. He'd be great to take out the enemy from behind their own lines or even taking them from the frontlines.
26. Master Chief

A real front line kind of guy.
CRISIS ROLE: See above.
27. Marcus Fenix

Same as Master Chief.
CRISIS ROLE: See above.
28. Samus Aran

Same as Master Chief and Fenix. Maybe even tougher.
CRISIS ROLE: With or without armor, see above.
29. Kyo Kusanagi
30. Ryu Hayabusa
31. Riku

I like his semi-bad boy style. Plus, with all due respect to Sora because I think he is awesome, I think Riku is awesome.
32. Red XIII

The real voice of reason and wisdom aside from Optimus.
CRISIS ROLE: I'd say he deserves a leadership role and his own squad to lead.
