Hey Giant Bomb!

I apologize for dropping a self promotional BOMB in GIANT BOMB but felt it necessary to tell you all about what we feel is a pretty epic venture that involves many of the best gaming journalists from the past 3-decades contributing new and original columns and in-depth features on the past, present and future of RETRO gaming in a NEW PRINT and DIGITAL MAGAZINE called RETRO. RETRO Magazine is currently running a Kickstarter campaign and we are in the final 10 days and need the support of the gaming community.

Here is a link to our campaign (did we mention ED SEMRAD from the 1st generation EGM days has come out of retirement to contribute?) page discussing RETRO as well as a current list of contributors. No matter when you grew up gaming you should know someone on our writing team!

Nothing like this has been done before and I am hoping the mods and fans of Giant Bomb will see the significance of what we are trying to do, create an Indie Gaming mag full of your favorite writers, and not blow up our thread!
