There is this game I played as a child, probably around 10 years ago. The game was made between 1998-2006 as far as I can estimate, I played it on PC. Graphics was very visual, it looked very much like Outcast (attached the video). I searched for weeks, it probably wasn't a popular game because so far I haven't find anything. This video is probably the closest I ever got. Maybe this was it, I can't remember but the graphics were very similar.
It's kind of like an adventure/futuristic FPS where you are in an island (maybe in space or on another planet) and can go around hunting animals to gather food, you had a jetpack or some sort to fly a little bit. The island was super green, I remember sheep going around in herds. There were also big mountains where you can jump off and activate your jetpack to land safely.
If you fall into the water the piranhas would come around and eat you. There were alien type npc-s too that gave you missions? That's all I can remember.
