Happy new year everybody, with many improvements and good health!

I had my finally RROD'ing original Xbox 360 repaired a while back, but for all intents and purposes it's still the same old 20 GB one I originally got.

That limit started to get really annoying recently, not allowing me to download Gears of War 3 DLC I bought (Season Pass), but not letting me play online without the now apparently required DLC either.

I saw a relatively cheap Xbox 360 S with Kinect online, so I bought it last weekend, and it arrived today.

Kinect is interesting to play around with, now to see how much I'll actually get to use it in games I play.

Well, I bought a PlayStation 3 earlier today.
It was on sale this weekend, and I've been thinking about buying one for a while now, so along with many others, I bought one from the Media Markt.
I also got Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, although I should probably look for, and play, Tools of Destruction first.
Having a Blu-ray Disc player now, I also got the Avatar Extended Blu-Ray Collector's Edition.

I just realized somehow I never signed up for a Giant Bomb account. Obviously I remedied that now.
