The thing I'm most excited about is you'll actually be able to set the stats of your created character to what you want rather than having to spend the time to build them up. I'm hoping you can edit the entrances to downloaded CAWs because that would then make the game about perfect for my use.
Now that I have basically set up tomorrow to be completely ruined by my lack of sleep due to staying up and playing Halo, I feel like I have finally unlocked at least a tiny portion of the "College Experience" Real Life Achievement. I haven't played a game with another person inside a room in a long time, that is an experience you really miss and even playing Live with friends is not the same.
I can't remember if it was this site or another (tested perhaps), but the Android PSP has been shot down in a pretty convincing fashion. Getting ahead of The windows 7 phone might be more of a real concern. Or maybe they think that the only way to get developers to develop for it is to release it, since they didn't seem to when it was just beta.
I'm double posting because after some 'research' (I love that we live in a time where using google is considered research), it does appear that itunes can support "basic and digest authorization." Now I've never seen this done, every podcast I've paid for has meant manually adding it but maybe the Whiskey Media dudes will figure it out. It would mean the full version would no longer show up in the itunes podcast directory but that's sort of the point.
The change to the Bombcast is really disappointing, because while the website is cool, the podcast is my main form of consumption of the product, and itunes is really convenient. I signed up before I heard about the changes and now I have buyers remorse instead of feeling great about supporting something I love. The process of manually adding is easy (drag -> recently added -> right click ->mediatype=podcast -> remember position=checked) but it doesn't beat something just showing up. Especially if you show up at work the next day and you forgot to download and manually install.
