Off the top of my head, I can think of two obscure PS1 games.

Rising Zan: The Samurai Gunman : A game about a cowboy that learns how to use a sword. Gameplay wise it is a rough early character action game but the over the top setting and humor make up for the bad controls.

Tail concerto : This game is basically a 3D platformer that has the player control a mech that runs around catching anamorphic pirate cats with a bubble beam.

I'm going to keep adding to all these praises by saying that this is very well done.

Thanks for mentioning my review. With all the different viewpoints on No Man's Sky I ended up not writing a review since the rest of the Community has done a good job showing off the good and bad parts of the game. Kudos to the GB community for the endless amount of awesome artwork and videos too.

Dead Rising is the one game that comes to mind when I think about demos that I played a lot. It may have only given me access to the first section of the mall but I liked running around it finding every item possible that I then used to mess up any nearby zombies. It is rare for me to play a demo more than once so that is why this game sticks out in my mind.

I'm not really seeing the issue with DR4 other than it looking a bit rough. Frank West doing dumb stuff with random objects to kill zombies is what this franchise was all about. As for RE7 it still seems like the angle they were going for from the demo. Resident Evil has always been about surviving a environment with limited resources. Just looks like this game might have some sections where we have to avoid conflict instead of shooting everything.

Maybe I'm just reading a bit to much into it but this sounds like they are trying to make Monster Hunter Metal Gear Edition again. I didn't really like those elements before so the fact Konami decided to try again is a bummer. Yet it is better than nothing even if this isn't the kind of game most fans wanted.

Here is my little adventure on a planet full of plants that hop around. This video is just a general look around a planet with me looking at stuff and mining some materials. Ending with me landing on a trading platform.

I also made this next video that shows off a few different moments that were either buggy or I thought were cool. It begins with a monolith choice so if you don't want to see it then skip ahead to 1:12. After that I found some ships with some odd flight patterns and a badly placed space station. It ends with a big space battle that doesn't quite go my way.

When I clicked on this forum post I wasn't expecting to read the entire thing. Yet seeing the right way contrasted with a bunch of hilarious failures was a entertaining read. We may not want to remember them but everyone has some dumb moments when playing online shooters.

I love morehandclaps sketches that she drew for the bombcrew. When looking at them they just make me smile which is always nice.

I've spend about a hour playing it really feels like a new GBA Metroid game similar to Fusion. The movement is really fast along with the view being much larger compared to the GB screen. Makes it easier to dodge attacks. Looks like they've added a few bosses since the first one wasn't in the original game. From my memories Metroid II wasn't that hard other than the final boss. This remake seems about the same on normal. So far seems like the multi year wait was worth it.
