The reason i never got into Obvlivion was specifically the leveling system. I had gotton a bit into the game and then realized i could level but when i tried to research this i ran into rather abundantly technical documents on leveling.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Leveling

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Efficient_Leveling

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Under_Leveling

I then realized i had been accumulating ups or sub points or whatever they are called, but not directly accounting for this information. The game did not keep track of it at all so a person who can level shouldn't unless they max out their ups. Otherwise your not leveling optimally. Atleast that's how i understood it long ago. Whatever the case does anybody have a clue as to how the leveling system will work and will we know when to level or not, will we have to keep written accounts of our ups, or is the leveling system different in such a way that when you level your not losing opportunities you could have obtained in the leveling process ?

@imjustbettr@yahoo.com: Don't forget you must do the 1st for Augmented reality challenges and then obtain the grapnel booster.

@Crash_Happy

@Andorski

With regards to individual exploding gel detonation, thanks. I guess i should have figured this out but once you know to zoom in then it's really obvious. Still this sucks, i've finished the game and i really could have used this to make clearing teh predator rooms more fun. I would often down a isolated gunman and immediately foam the ground near his position. When guards investigate his body i detonate, Now i can do this with 3 gels at various locations to increase confusion.

If i recall the Director/writer did something unprecedented with the rewind point in the movie, i think his intent was to rob teh viewer of a sense of victory which is present in movies where good triumphs and present in abundance in revenge flicks like Taken or Breakdown (Kick to the face of JT Walsh). Because of this inversion i rejected the movie, i tend to love revenge flicks where revenge feels innately just, this was sorta anti-pole of that. I hated the clock-work-orangeian characters and didn't get any catharsis and release from watching them dump the bodies of an innocent family then sail off into the sunset and have the credits roll.

I used the remote batarang and would knock down 1 covering sniper and then move in and do a noisy takedown on tthe sniper that is no longer covered. Also i used the smoke pre-emptivly, throwing it on a nearby sniper and then move into teh smoke and take him out, snipers don't seem to fire into smoke.

Finally i used the line launcher/tightrope walk to get into positions directly above a sniper.

I really didn't have a problem with this. Initially two faces henchman where spread out and i was able to neutralize two or three of them but after the third his men started to aggregate and one thing you learn in this game is when enemies aggregate with guns you do not engage them. What i did was take out a henchman in the lower level and his entire crew when down their to respond, but two face remains on the upper level, you simply attack him from teh back with Y and just repeat. Also there is a hole in the floor that leads to the first floor behind some destructible walls, this is a really good way to move between levels.

@Andorski: I havn't figured this out yet. Are you saying that if i manually place explosive foam 3 times i can detonate

each individual foam position without triggering the others? How ?

I like her combat animations and fighting with her, but when you have to cover long distances her movements look tremendously unrealistic, like she was fired out of a gun, she just moves to fast. I guess you can't blame developers, she was an add-on. They can be excused for not adding Assassins Creed level climbing/etc.
