Man, I've probably spent more time listening to Ryan than I have most of my friends. Heartbreaking for the duders, staff and members alike.

Dave, you're definitely going to be a big loss as a personality as well as a designer. You need to visit more often than not.

@Robaota: it wasn't Kindred Saga was it? http://clanhot.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=184

It absolutely was. It was fantastic, and so are you!

It is an absolute shame that it wasn't completed as it in many ways it came across as a pretty professional product.

Thanks for this! You are great! Superb! Wonderful! Now just to play it...

Shut up and Jam reminds me of my misspent youth with RPG Maker. I remember some real gems being made with the tool, perhaps I should try and root them out...

Dude YES! Those were some great times. I do remember one that I found that was only partially finished but had custom assets made for the whole thing, inluding music and that. It was based in a dirty-industrial setting, and I remember being very impressed that it also seemed to involve a ton of coding too as it's battle system was left vs right ala Final Fantasy not the default Dragon Quest view.

If someone finds that for me, I will provide a great deal of gratitude and throw a few superlatives your way as well. Promise.

I don't think any console has had such a vast array of quality titles along all genres. I'm going to pop in Ar Tonelico 2 tonight, and then follow it up with a game of PES 5.

What a behemoth of a console.

That feeling of discovery with a group of friends in the Vanilla version is one of the best feelings I've had playing games, and one that I don't think was replicated with subsequent expansions. That being said, I did really enjoy TBC.

Devil Survivor 1/2 games are grand, and have great music also (the first especially). Pokemon Black/White 2 are also very good games, seemingly more difficult than previous versions and as such fit the grindy criteria.

I'm almost sure it was the ending for Secret of Mana, I don't remember tear drops per se (I was quite young), but I still remember the ending incredibly well and I do remember it having a rather large effect on my tiny child brain.

Walking Dead is the one that probably made me cry the most, nearly 20 years later.

I can't pick. I just know that in my fanfic I'm writing they're best friends and nothing bad happens to either of them ever.

Love the new advanced search tools. And the general slick look of it. And the fact that I can say swears.
