in highschool, this is the game I would set my alarm for on the weekends and play from about 6am and on long into the night. If I have ever played a game for 24 hours straight (or came close) it's this. I still carry a version of the soundtrack around with me on my ipod.

incredible dialogue, iconic characters, deep lore, and a fitting soundtrack. I was also very comforted by this game because it showed me that it is possible to have a love for modern games that is equal to that of the nostalgic love I have for the classics. A modern classic for me.

Rapture is the most magnificently realised world since star wars.

it's almost impossible to have as much fun with any other multiplayer shooter. my mates used to run an xbox LAN cafe where we would all meet frequently to shoot the piss out of each other. best days of my life.
