I think we can blame our school systems for this... it is how we grew up and learned the quality percentage scale. Depending on the school, anything below 65 or so is Failing not average, 7 to 8 (C) is mediocre, and so on.

Wow this made me realize I haven't played an actual RPG on the Wii... jesus the Wii sucks. I would love these to be released in the US, it would give me an actual use to play my Wii.
