I like the Whiskey Media sites because of the tone, all my basic interest are more or less covered, there is a nice community, a lot of funny and well produced video features, and the sites are all very eye-level with interesting and recognizable personalities.

There will of course always be some differences from the US to Europe, but as far as I know there isn't really an equivalent to Whiskey Media on the other side of the pond.

@Ygg: I do believe Crytek bought Free Radical after their financial problems and renamed them Crytek UK. Of course it wont be the same team, but I think it is the second best option.

Rumors are starting to swirl on the internet about Crytek, after many long cold years on hiatus, finally restarting the development of TimeSplitters 4 for the next Xbox, to be revealed during the next 12 months.

The rumors mentions usage DirectX11, CryEngine 3 and "sandbox-style gameplay elements a big priority".

I think it is safe to say that if a new TimeSplitters will be ready for the release of the next Xbox, I will be there to pick it up on launch date.

What do you guys think? Could the Crytek recapture what made the original, 2 and Future Perfect great and make it on a next gen level, or would it a outdated mess unable to compete with more modern editions to the genre (I'm looking at you Duke Nukem Forever)?

"And, yes, we've heard the music. But that, dear reader, is for another day."

Might I request a review of the 3DS eShop music? Maybe as a Happy Hour segment?

I'm a monthly subscriber, so I've renewed a bunch of times already. We actually give more money to Whiskey than the gold members do! Losers.
Pfft, I'd rather have no medal than a silver medal.  Lamewad.
This. Never do anything half-assed.

Max Power, but if you're only going to change your last name I think you should go with Chambers.

That eShop music better be worth the delay.
